I'm Vasco, based in Porto, Portugal. I started in GBS processing invoices for Latin America. Ten years later I own global processes for a group operating across different countries. That path shapes how I work: I design processes knowing how they feel on the floor.
Today I'm Global Process Owner for Order to Cash at Sodexo, after two years owning Procure to Pay and T&E. One global CORE model, harmonised across regions and shared services, running on SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft D365.
